{"id":4340,"date":"2022-12-09T13:11:05","date_gmt":"2022-12-09T13:11:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/?page_id=4340"},"modified":"2022-12-09T13:11:50","modified_gmt":"2022-12-09T13:11:50","slug":"undo-check-in","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/?page_id=4340","title":{"rendered":"Undo check in"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Open<\/strong> Schapptbook.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Appointment Enquiry<\/strong> (Blue eye).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Resource<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type <strong>clinic name<\/strong> in the resource field and press ellipse &#8211; clinic name will populate in the resource field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Find<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A list of <strong>today&#8217;s patient appointment&#8217;s<\/strong> for the clinic will appear &#8211; find <strong>Patient name<\/strong>, <strong>right click<\/strong> and select patient.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Modify Encounter<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Ok<\/strong> in the Undo Conversation window.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Right click<\/strong> the appointment a second time and select <strong>Undo Check In<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>N.B.
