{"id":4207,"date":"2022-12-06T16:04:23","date_gmt":"2022-12-06T16:04:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/?page_id=4207"},"modified":"2026-02-12T18:01:50","modified_gmt":"2026-02-12T18:01:50","slug":"pre-existing-community-dnacpr-decisions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/?page_id=4207","title":{"rendered":"Pre-existing community DNACPR decisions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>How to record a DNACPR status for a patient admitted from Community.<\/p>\r\n<ol>\r\n<li>Open the <strong>Patient<\/strong> record.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Click<\/strong> on the <b>Treatment Escalation Plan <\/b>in the blue menu to open the Advance Care Planning window.<\/li>\r\n<li>In the Treatment Escalation and Resus Status component, click on the + button and select <strong>Treatment Escalation Plan and Resuscitation Status <\/strong>to open the form.<\/li>\r\n<li>In the escalation page, complete fields:\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>What is the resuscitation plan?
