  1. Open the Patient’s record<\/strong> with DNACPR recorded.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
      \r\n
    1. Start the review process by clicking Treatment Escalation<\/strong> Plan<\/strong> in the blue menu to open the Advanced Care Planning window.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
        \r\n
      1. The date of the previous decision is visible, and the details of the other clinicians involved in the decision, click on DNACPR Review<\/strong> to open the form.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
          \r\n
        1. Complete the DNACPR Review<\/strong> form page details.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
            \r\n
          1. Click the green tick<\/strong> to sign the form.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
              \r\n
            1. Refresh<\/strong> the Treatment Escalation and Resus Status – details from the review form are now visible in the workflow page.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
                \r\n
              1. Close the Advance Care Planning<\/strong> form and refresh the patient record<\/strong>, the resus status will change or stay the same according to the review decision, with today’s date showing.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n
