To start a new forms or note you can use any of the methods described below:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Using the <strong>Enter new note&#8230; <\/strong>search function<\/li>\r\n<li>Using the <strong>red plus button <\/strong>from the Notes During Pregnancy or Postnatal screens<\/li>\r\n<li>Several screens such as Notes During Pregnancy, Postnatal, Labour and Birth and Induction have a contextual <strong>drop down menu on the right<\/strong> that allows access to other forms<\/li>\r\n<li>Some forms contain <strong>buttons <\/strong>that allow you to open other forms, for example the Admission form has buttons to open the VTE, Covid-19 or PPH Risk Assessment forms<\/li>\r\n<li>Forms\/ notes can also be accessed from within other forms using the contextual browser menu on the right.
