If there is more than 1 sample for the same test that is ordered at the same date and time<\/strong> these file into the same column\/ cell in Results Review.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

eRecord will not automatically adjust the column width or highlight the cell to enable you to see multiple simultaneous results. This may lead to results being missed and a misinterpretation of the overall result.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

This particularly applies to microbiology\/ virology results<\/strong> as a significant number of molecular and serology results have more than one component.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

To view multiple results either expand the relevant results column and\/ or set the Microbiology tab default view to List.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Expanding a Column<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

  1. In the Patient Record, navigate to Results Review<\/strong> from the left hand menu<\/li>\r\n
  2. Locate the set of results you wish to view either in the Flowsheet <\/strong>tab or the specialist Microbiology <\/strong>tab<\/li>\r\n
  3. Hover your mouse<\/strong> over the line between the column headings you wish to expand, the mouse pointer will change from an arrow to a vertical double-line icon<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    1. Click and drag<\/strong> the column heading line to the right to expand the column<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      1. In the Patient Record, navigate to Results Review<\/strong> from the left hand menu<\/li>\r\n
      2. Click <\/strong>on the Microbiology tab to select it<\/li>\r\n
      3. Select the List button<\/strong> to change the default view<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
