Open Schapptbook.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on Request List Enquiry<\/strong>.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Set Enquiry to Request by Person<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on the Patient ellipse<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Type the patient\u2019s MRN<\/strong> in the MRN field of the opening Patient Search window.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click Search<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. The patient\u2019s demographics<\/strong> will appear on the right \u2013 hand side of the window \u2013 check you have the correct patient<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Click OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. The Patient name<\/strong> now appears in the Patient field of the Request List, click Find<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Select the correct pathway<\/strong> for the patient from the list, then right-click<\/strong> to open a window of options.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Click Schedule<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. The Appointment Attributes window opens, from here you have two options, edit the order if needed then click OK, or click OK<\/strong> immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. The patient details are now appearing in the Work in progress field, select the required appointment date<\/strong> from the calendar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  13. Select an appointment time<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  14. Click Schedule<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  15. Set the appointment duration<\/strong> \u2013 if fixed clinic slots, no need to.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  16. Click OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  17. The appointment slot will now be amber and show Pending<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  18. Select Confirm<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  19. Type in the TCI Location<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  20. Click on the Offer<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  21. Input Current Appt TCI Date<\/strong> and Current Appt TCI Time<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  22. Click OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  23. The appointment has now been confirmed and showing blue.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n
