Open Schapptbook.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Select the correct Appointment Type<\/strong> field you are looking to book.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select the specific Appointment Location<\/strong> from the drop-down box.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on the Patient Name ellipsis button <\/strong>to open the Patient search window.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Type in the Patient\u2019s MRN<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click Search<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. The patient\u2019s demographics will appear in the top row, check to ensure these details are correct<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Click Add Encounter<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Click Yes<\/strong> to the \u2018Is this a Waiting List encounter<\/strong> \u2018<\/em>question.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. From the Available Conversations window select Inpatient Waiting List<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Click OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Right click in the top left-hand corner of the episodes row, then click Add Episode<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. Click OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  13. Select 18 Week Wait Pathway<\/strong> from the Pathway form window.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  14. Click OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  15. Double left – click<\/strong> on the new episode created.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  16. Select Yes<\/strong> for UK Resident for 12 Months option \u2013 if unsure, select unable to validate, can update when Patient arrives for appointment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  17. Click on the Inpatient Waiting List<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  18. Complete the following yellow mandatory fields<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
