Use only if you regularly receive tasks from patients across a large number of wards or have a site-wide responsibility.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"infoSection\"><i class=\"fa fa-info-circle\" style=\font-size:3rem\"><\/i>  Settings such as location are set on a tab by tab basis. So you will need to choose a location for each tab you are using e.g. Referrals, Contacts etc.<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>From the relevant tab within Task List:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>Right click<\/strong> on &#8216;<strong>Assigned Tasks<\/strong>&#8216;\u00a0<em>(towards top left).<\/em><\/li>\r\n<li>Click &#8216;<strong>Customise Patient View<\/strong>&#8216;.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"311\" height=\"112\" class=\"wp-image-2925\" src=\"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Task-List-right-click-Assigned-Tasks.png\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Task-List-right-click-Assigned-Tasks.png 311w, https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Task-List-right-click-Assigned-Tasks-300x108.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 311px) 100vw, 311px\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\r\n<li>In the Task List Properties pop-up window, <strong>put a tick in the box<\/strong> for &#8216;Choose a Patient List&#8217;.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"189\" height=\"81\" class=\"wp-image-2927\" src=\"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Task-List-Choose-Patient-List-tick-box.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\">\r\n<li><strong>Select &#8216;Departmental View&#8217; <\/strong>(located at the top of the list of patient lists).<\/li>\r\n<li>Select the locations you need to view from menu on the right.\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>To select an entire site click box next to the site name. It will turn blue indicating it is selected.<\/li>\r\n<li>To select multiple wards within a site expand it using the plus icon, then expand it again.
