window<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Open <strong>SchapptBook<\/strong> and select the <strong>Eye Enquiry<\/strong> icon<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\r\n<li>Using the <strong>\u201cPerson\u201d <\/strong>tab, locate the patient and appointment that requires a letter to be printed.\u00a0 You may need to adjust start=\"3\">\r\n<li>Double-click to open a patient appointment<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Right click<\/strong> in the \u201cwhite space\u201d of the Appointment View window, and select <strong>(1)<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>Use the arrow key in the middle to move this into the Selected Tabs list <strong>(2)<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>Use the upward arrow on the right to move it the top so it becomes the first \u00a0available tab <strong>(3)<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>Click <strong>OK<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow
