How to copy auto text from a colleague<\/h1>\r\n

Use this process to copy autotext from another user within Powerchart.<\/p>\r\n

Instructions<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

  1. Select the View <\/strong>drop down menu at the top of the screen.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    1. Click on the Auto-Text Copy<\/strong> option at the bottom of the menu.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      1. The Auto-Text Copy<\/strong> window will now open.<\/li>\r\n
      2. Search for the user <\/strong>you want to copy autotext from using the user search box to the top left.<\/li>\r\n
      3. The selected users autotext template<\/strong>s will display.<\/li>\r\n
      4. Select\u00a0<\/strong>the autotext you wish to copy or tick the box to select all. A preview will be shown below.<\/li>\r\n
      5. Click the Copy <\/strong>button.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

        1. In the pop-up window amend the abbreviation (name) and description of the autotext as required.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

          1. Click the Copy <\/strong>button.<\/li>\r\n
          2. You will now be given the option to log out<\/strong> or cancel.<\/strong>\r\n
              \r\n
            • Log Out – <\/strong>Clicking this option will log you out and back. The autotext you copied will be immediately available.<\/li>\r\n
            • Cancel – <\/strong>Select cancel if you wish to continue your PowerChart session. The autotext you copied will be available next time you log in to PowerChart.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
