{"id":2780,"date":"2021-11-05T11:10:10","date_gmt":"2021-11-05T11:10:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/test.nuth-itt.co.uk\/?page_id=2780"},"modified":"2026-02-10T15:43:35","modified_gmt":"2026-02-10T15:43:35","slug":"viewing-tracked-changes-to-an-existing-note","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/?page_id=2780","title":{"rendered":"Viewing Tracked Changes to an existing Note"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p>How to view tracked changes and the document history of an existing note in Powerchart:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"guideSection\" id=\"\">Viewing Tracked Changes<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Viewing tracked changes will allow you to see the details of specific revisions to a document, their author, and the time and date of the revisions.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>In the patient record, select <strong>Document Viewing<\/strong> from the menu on the left: <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"19\" class=\"wp-image-2784\" style=\"width: 150px;\" src=\"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Document-Viewing-menu-button.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Select <\/strong>the document you wish to view the tracked changes for.
