Workflow: Adding an Addendum to an existing Note"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p>How to add an addendum to a note that has previously been signed in Powerchart<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"guideSection\" id=\"\">From the Workflow<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>From the <strong>Clinical Notes <\/strong>component on the relevant workflow tab-<\/li>\r\n<li>Select the note you wish to add an <strong>addendum<\/strong> to:<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-11127 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/add1a.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"242\" srcset=\"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/add1a.jpg 680w, https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/add1a-300x107.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 680px) 100vw, 680px\" \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\r\n<li>In the note details pop-up window that appears on the right, tick the <strong>Enable Continuous Scrolling<\/strong> tick box to the top right of the window:<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-11130 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/add2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"233\" height=\"44\" \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\">\r\n<li><strong>Click<\/strong> the <strong>small arrow<\/strong> next to the note name:<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-11175 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/App6a.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"366\" height=\"60\" srcset=\"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/App6a.jpg 366w, https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/App6a-300x49.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 366px) 100vw, 366px\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"5\">\r\n<li>Click the <strong>Modify<\/strong> button:<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-11169 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Add6.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"422\" height=\"94\" srcset=\"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Add6.jpg 422w, https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Add6-300x67.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 422px) 100vw, 422px\" \/>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"6\">\r\n<li>If the note has been <strong>signed less than 10 days ago,<\/strong> you will get the option to either add an <strong>Addendum<\/strong> or <strong>Revise the note<\/strong>. Select the <strong>Addend Note<\/strong> option and <strong>click OK:<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-11140 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/add5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"461\" height=\"170\" srcset=\"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/add5.jpg 461w, https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/add5-300x111.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 461px) 100vw, 461px\" \/><\/p>\r\n<ol start=\"7\">\r\n<li>The note will now open and you will be able to add an <strong>Addendum<\/strong>.
