Sharing Order Favourites<\/h1>\n

This guide shows how to access a colleague’s Order Favourites. You can make orders using their favourites or add the items to your own favourites list.<\/p>\n

Instructions<\/div>\n

  1. From the New Order Entry<\/strong> component within your workflow, select the appropriate Venue.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Select the Shared<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n
  3. Search <\/strong>using your colleagues name\u00a0(last name, first name).<\/li>\n
  4. Matching users will display, select<\/strong> the appropriate person.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. The selected users favourites will display. To make <\/strong>an order, click <\/strong>the required order<\/strong>. This will be added to your order basket where it can be signed or modified.<\/li>\n
    2. To add the order to your own<\/strong> list of favourites<\/strong>, click the Star<\/strong> icon.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
