How to unrecord (mark in error) a medication administration in the Drug Chart.<\/p>\n

  1. In the Drug Chart, <\/strong>locate the documented administration you wish to change.<\/li>\n
  2. Right click and select Unrecord.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. The\u00a0Unrecord pane<\/strong> will open. Enter the reason for the change in the Comment<\/strong>\u00a0free text box.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. Once a comment has been added the Sign button will become active. Click Sign<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. In error<\/strong> will now be displayed in line with the drug name at the time the incorrect administration was performed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
