{"id":2424,"date":"2021-09-24T11:17:56","date_gmt":"2021-09-24T11:17:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/test.nuth-itt.co.uk\/?page_id=2424"},"modified":"2026-03-25T13:40:09","modified_gmt":"2026-03-25T13:40:09","slug":"modifying-unrecording-assessments","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/?page_id=2424","title":{"rendered":"Modifying\/ Unrecording Assessments"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p>How to modify or unrecord an assessment.<\/p>\r\n<p><span data-teams=\"true\"><div class=\"guideSection\" id=\"\"><\/span>Modifying an existing assessment:<span data-teams=\"true\"><\/div><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>Right click <\/strong>the field you wish to change and select <strong>Modify.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>The assessment text will turn <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-purple-color\">purple.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>Enter or select the new value(s).<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Sign <\/strong>using the green tick.<\/li>\r\n<li>The modified value will show a small blue triangle to the bottom right.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-305ffee3-b2db-4b3c-8ff3-f761c783bff6\" start=\"3\"><\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span data-teams=\"true\"><div class=\"guideSection\" id=\"\"><\/span>Un-recording an existing assessment:<span data-teams=\"true\"><\/div><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\">\r\n<li><strong>Right click<\/strong> the field you wish to unrecord and select <strong>Unrecord.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>In the pop up that appears select the reason &#8211; <strong>Other.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>Add a <strong>comment <\/strong>and click <strong>Sign.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>The value will now display as <strong>&#8220;In Error&#8221;<\/strong>.
