  1. Click\u00a0Document in Plan<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Locate the interventions you wish to document against.<\/li>\n
  3. Click the icon at the end of the line.<\/li>\n
  4. Complete the Outcome Description<\/strong> and Outcome Variance<\/strong> sections.<\/li>\n
  5. Repeat as required.<\/li>\n
