How to start \/ initiate a Care Plan in the patient record.<\/p>\n

From the\u00a0Requests \/ Care Plans<\/strong> section:<\/p>\n

  1. Select the Planned pending<\/strong> component of the care plan in the Order<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n
  2. Click Initiate Now<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. If Ordering Clinician Window appears ensure Lead Clinician selected.<\/li>\n
  4. Click Orders for Signature<\/strong> – bottom right hand of screen.<\/li>\n
  5. If any elements of the care plan require further information then complete these – the order will have a blue circle with a white cross next to it.<\/li>\n
  6. Click Sign<\/strong> and Refresh<\/strong> the screen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
