How to order a Care Plan in the patient record.<\/p>\n

  1. Click on\u00a0Requests\/Care Plans\u00a0<\/strong>in the left hand dark blue menu.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on the +Add<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n
  3. Ensure the search drop down box is set to Contains<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Type the name of the required Care Plan into the Search<\/strong> box or search for “care plan” to get a full list.<\/li>\n
  5. Select the relevant Care Plan and click Done<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  6. The Care Plan will appear under the Nursing Plans<\/strong> section as Planned Pending<\/strong> on the Orders<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n
  7. Choose to either Initiate Now<\/a><\/strong> or Plan for Later<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
