- Open the IT Service Portal<\/strong> either from:<\/li>\n
the icon on your Desktop<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n- Wait a moment and your Trust username and password<\/strong> should autofill (if accessing from a Trust computer).<\/li>\n
- Click on Raise an Issue<\/strong>.

<\/li>\n- Clinical Applications (Faults)<\/strong>.

<\/li>\n- Complete the form to explain the issue that you are having. Mandatory fields have a red asterisk<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- At the bottom of the form, you\u2019ll find a paperclip icon<\/strong> where you can attach screenshots.<\/li>\n
- Click Submit<\/strong> when you have finished. Please note that the Submit button is located before the paperclip icon if you wish to add any screenshots.
