- Open SchApptBook<\/strong> and select the Appointment Enquiry (blue eye icon).

<\/li>\n- Using the Person<\/strong> tab, locate the patient and appointment that you wish to view. You will need to adjust the Start Date<\/strong> to a date in the past.

<\/li>\n- Right click<\/strong> on appointment to be rescheduled and select Reschedule<\/strong> from the menu.

<\/li>\n- Retain the Encounter Association and note any appointment guidelines eg. An interpreter has been booked etc before you close this window.

<\/li>\n- Locate the date<\/strong> for the appointment using the calendar.

<\/li>\n- Select the Start Time<\/strong> for the correct Resource<\/strong>.

<\/li>\n- Selecting the Schedule<\/strong> button will display the clinic details. <\/li>\n
- The previous appointment duration is displayed to assist you in selecting the duration. Click OK<\/strong>.

<\/li>\n- The Unconfirmed appointment displays against the resource. Select Confirm<\/strong> to confirm the appointment.

<\/li>\n- Complete the two mandatory fields. Before addressing, they will be highlighted in yellow and are indicated by a red asterisk to the left of the field. Select the Correspondence Schedule Resource<\/strong> (this will display on the patient letter informing the patient who they will see). Select whether or not to send to external outpatient printer<\/strong>.

<\/li>\n- Click on the Offer<\/strong> tab to add the Rescheduling Reason<\/strong>. Click OK<\/strong> when finished.
