Adding My Groups – Your Favourites<\/h1>\n

Scenario<\/div>
\nPM Office allows you to create your own Favourite items for frequently used features. These are saved in My Group, and multiple groups can be created.<\/p>\n
Instructions<\/div>\n

  1. Right click on My Group<\/strong>. <\/li>\n
  2. Select Groups<\/strong> from the menu.\n
  3. Select Add Group<\/strong> from the menu.

  4. Overtype to name your group<\/strong>.
    \n\"\"<\/li>\n
  5. Right click your newly named group<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  6. Select Work Items<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  7. Select Add Work Item<\/strong>. This will enable you to add items that you use most frequently such as Conversations, Bedboards, Waiting Lists etc. to the group.

    \nIn this example I am adding the Outpatient Referral Conversation, other items from other menus can be added too. <\/p>\n

  8. Select the Work Item Type<\/strong>. In this example, I have chosen to use a Conversation. <\/li>\n
  9. Click OK.

  10. The available options are displayed. Scroll and select the item you wish to add. In this example, I have chosen Conversation and Outpatient Referral. <\/li>\n
