  1. Select the patient and click on ‘Add Order<\/strong>‘.<\/li>\r\n
  2. Add the ‘Transfer Patient<\/strong>‘ order and complete the form.<\/li>\r\n
  3. Select the ‘ED Decision to Admit Conversation<\/strong>‘ and complete the details.<\/li>\r\n
  4. Select the ward on the tracking screen.<\/li>\r\n
  5. Clinician or Nurse in Charge completes depart process.<\/li>\r\n
