Please note: this method should only be used if you have accidentally de-selected both the This Visit and Chronic buttons next to a Diagnosis or Problem on the workflow.<\/p>\n

  1. In the Patient Record<\/strong>, select a Workflow<\/strong> e.g. Clinician Workflow.<\/li>\n
  2. Select the Diagnosis & Problems<\/strong> workflow component.<\/li>\n
  3. Expand the Actions<\/strong> column, if necessary, to ensure you can see the “This Visit” and “Chronic” buttons.<\/li>\n
  4. Select either the “This Visit”<\/strong> or “Chronic”<\/strong> buttons for the Diagnosis\/ Problem you wish to re-activate.<\/li>\n
  5. The Diagnosis or Problem will now move to the active section.<\/li>\n
  6. If the Diagnosis or Problem is both a “This Visit” and “Chronic” problem select the appropriate button to update.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
