Dose<br \/>\nb. Dose unit<br \/>\nc. Route of Administration<br \/>\nd. Frequency (see below)<br \/>\ne. For a limited course remember to complete the &#8216;duration&#8217; and &#8216;duration unit&#8217; field.<\/li>\n<li>Once all necessary fields are completed click on OK and Sign<\/li>\n<li>To update the prescription, highlight the line, right click and Modify, update each line as needed and click on OK or orders for signature and then OK.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"guideSection\" id=\"\">Documentation &#8211; Reason for Bleeding Disorder Treament<\/div>\n<p>Documentation of the indication for treatment is mandatory and required for data submission. This can be documented in two ways \u2013 during the ordering process or after ordering using the document in plan function. This states the dose to be given in a date and time column.
