{"id":2210,"date":"2021-09-21T09:22:27","date_gmt":"2021-09-21T09:22:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/test.nuth-itt.co.uk\/?page_id=2210"},"modified":"2026-02-09T12:38:46","modified_gmt":"2026-02-09T12:38:46","slug":"adding-from-the-workflow","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/?page_id=2210","title":{"rendered":"Adding from the Workflow"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>In any suitable workflow tab, select the\u00a0<strong>Diagnosis &amp; Problems<\/strong>\u00a0component<\/li>\r\n<li>Use the drop down menu next to the search box to select\u00a0<strong>This Visit<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>This Visit and Chronic<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong>Chronic<\/strong>\u00a0as appropriate<\/li>\r\n<li>In the search box, type the name of the diagnosis\/ problem and select from the list<\/li>\r\n<li>The diagnosis or problem will be added to the record<\/li>\r\n<li>You can modify whether this is a This Visit or Chronic problem using the buttons on the right<\/li>\r\n<li>Select the diagnosis or problem to see more detail in the pop up on the right<\/li>\r\n<li>Comments can be added using the comments box at the bottom of the details pop-up<\/li>\r\n<li>Multiple This Visit diagnoses can be prioritised using the drop down to the left of each diagnosis<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"infoSection\"><i class=\"fa fa-info-circle\" style=\font-size:3rem\"><\/i>  If the diagnosis or problem does not appear on the list you can add a free text diagnosis\/ problem. If you accidentally untick both the This Visit and Chronic buttons next to the diagnosis\/ problem it will disappear.
