Dental Student Personal Note Set up<\/h1>\n

This guide show<\/span>s\u00a0<\/span>the user how to\u00a0<\/span>change the note types for Dental Students<\/span>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>There are different notes for Dental Students to select<\/span>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>It is your responsibility to select the\u00a0<\/span>right note type when saving<\/span>\u00a0your notes<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Information<\/div><\/span><\/p>\n

This will save time when selecting a note type when the note is generated from the\u202f<\/span>Select Other Note<\/span><\/b>\u202foption on the workflow or by using the\u202f<\/span>Note\u00a0Viewing +Add button<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Click on \u2018<\/span>Add<\/span><\/b>\u2018 next\u00a0to \u2018<\/span>Note\u00a0Viewing<\/span><\/b>\u2018 or\u202f<\/span>Select Other Note<\/span><\/b>\u202fat the bottom of the light grey menu in the workflow<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. From the menu at the top of the screen click\u202f<\/span>View<\/span><\/b>\u202fthen\u202f<\/span>Customise\u00a0(see below)\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Select the Note Type(s) you want from the left pane and move them to the right pane using the blue arrow<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Optional – select a default note type from the drop down menu above the right pane<\/li>\n
  5. Click OK when finished<\/li>\n
  6. Ensure that the Note Type List Filter<\/strong> drop down is set to Personal<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Select the following Note Types:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Dental Student Assessment\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Dental\u00a0Student Note<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
