Clinician<\/strong>&nbsp;in the Ordering Clinician window, then select the appropriate Communication type and click OK<\/li><li>Click on the shopping basket and sign in the&nbsp;<strong>Orders for Signature<\/strong>&nbsp;window<\/li><li>Complete missing Order details by choosing from the following options:<\/li><\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration:
