This states the dose to be given in a date and time column. Click the magnifying glass next to the witness box to search for the witness name.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Sign<\/strong>\u00a0the documentation using the green tick in the top left hand corner of the window\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"16\" height=\"17\" class=\"wp-image-1788\" style=\"width: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Green-tick-icon-Forms.png\" alt=\"\" \/> If the medication has been witnessed the witness will now have to enter their password.<\/li>\r\n<li>The dose is recorded on the drug chart.
