Medication histories documented by dental students must be signed by a clinician using Outpatient Reconcile.<\/p>\n

Review and Sign Medications<\/div><\/span><\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Open the patient chart in the Dental workflow<\/strong>.\n
  2. Go to Home Medications<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Click Outpatient Reconcile<\/strong> (top right).<\/li>\n
  4. For each medication marked Documented<\/strong>:<\/li>\n
      \n
    • If a current medication, select the radio button in the green play button column.<\/li>\n
    • If no longer a current medication, select the radio button in the red square button column.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    • Click on Reconcile and Sign<\/strong> (bottom right).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
