From within the Patient record:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

  1. Click on Completed Forms <\/b>in the main menu.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  2. All forms completed for the patient will be showing.<\/li>\r\n
  3. To change the sort order click on drop down arrow beside\u00a0Sort by.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n
  4. Double click<\/strong> on a form to view<\/strong> it.<\/li>\r\n
  5. To modify, unrecord or change date and time right click<\/strong> on the form.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
