From within the Patient record:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

  1. Click on\u00a0Ad-Hoc\u00a0<\/strong>button in the Toolbar at the top of the screen.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  2. Locate<\/strong> the required form. This could be in the top level or in one of the folders on the left.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  3. Tick<\/strong> the box beside the required form and click Record<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  4. Complete<\/strong> information as required.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  5. To sign<\/strong> the form, use the green tick in the top left corner.<\/li>\r\n
  6. To save<\/strong> use the disc icon.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n
  7. To cancel<\/strong> without saving use the blue circle icon or close the form.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
