From within the Patient record:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

  1. Click on\u00a0Ad-Hoc\u00a0<\/strong>button in the Toolbar at the top of the screen.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  2. Search for the name of the form.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  3. Place a tick in the box to the left of the form.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  4. Click\u00a0Record<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  5. Enter data.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  6. Sign form by clicking on the\u00a0green tick<\/strong>\u00a0in top left hand corner of the form to sign.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
