The default \u2018Case Status\u2019 when a case is added is \u2018Not Checked\u2019.<\/li>\r\n<li>When the patient has been seen by an anaesthetist they should select the appropriate \u2018Case Action\u2019 option from the drop down menu.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<!-- \/wp:list -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:image {\"id\":2720,\"sizeSlug\":\"full\",\"linkDestination\":\"none\"} \/-->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list ready to go to theatre at that moment, or a change is reported that would prevent the case from going ahead (e.g. low BM\u2019s or high K+) then the anaesthetist (or theatre nurse) should select \u2018<strong>Not Ready<\/strong>\u2019.<\/li>\r\n<li>On selecting \u2018Not Ready\u2019 a popup form will appear in which you should write the <strong>reason<\/strong> the patient is not ready to go to theatre.<\/li>\r\n<li>Click the green <strong>tick<\/strong> at the top left of the form to save.<\/li>\r\n<li>When the form closes you will have to click <strong>\u2018OK\u2019<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<li>The <strong>\u2018Case Status\u2019 <\/strong>box will change to orange and display <strong>\u2018Not Ready\u2019<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<div class=\"guideSection\" id=\"\">Ready<\/div><\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\"><!-- \/wp:list -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list -->\r\n<ol>\r\n<li>If the patient is ready for theatre (i.e. Can be sent for), then the anaesthetist should select <strong>\u2018Ready\u2019<\/strong> from the <strong>\u2018Case Action\u2019<\/strong> dropdown.<\/li>\r\n<li>The \u2018Case Status\u2019 box will turn green and display <strong>\u2018Ready\u2019.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>The patient will be added to the scheduling list in
