Choose <strong>\u2018Emergency Theatre Scheduling List\u2019<\/strong> in the <strong>\u2018Enquiry\u2019<\/strong> section.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<!-- \/wp:list -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:image {\"id\":2749,\"sizeSlug\":\"full\",\"linkDestination\":\"none\"} \/-->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list {\"ordered\":true,\"start\":4} -->\r\n<ol start=\"4\">\r\n<li>Select the appropriate Emergency Theatres in the<strong> \u2018Request List Queues\u2019 <\/strong>section.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<!-- \/wp:list -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:image {\"id\":2752,\"sizeSlug\":\"full\",\"linkDestination\":\"none\"} \/-->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list {\"ordered\":true,\"start\":5} -->\r\n<ol start=\"5\">\r\n<li>Click the <strong>\u2018Find\u2019<\/strong> button to the bottom left of the window<\/li>\r\n<li>The Scheduling list will now appear. All the cases with a case status of \u2018Ready\u2019 will be on this scheduling list.<\/li>\r\n<li>To Schedule a patient <strong>right click<\/strong> on the patient you want to schedule and select <strong>\u2018Schedule\u2019<\/strong> from the menu.<\/li>\r\n<li>The Appointment Attributes window will now open. You will then have to fill in some more details in the <strong>\u2018Details\u2019<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\r\n<li>It is important that at this stage you remember to click on the <strong>\u2018Orders\u2019<\/strong> tab by searching for the procedure, type in part of the procedure in the \u2018<strong>Search\u2019<\/strong> tab in the lower section of the form.<\/li>\r\n<li>The Scheduling screen will now open. <strong>Click on the time <\/strong>you want to schedule the patient in the theatre you want to schedule them in.<\/li>\r\n<li>Click <strong>\u2018Schedule<\/strong>\u2019 to the top right.<\/li>\r\n<li>In the confirmation window that opens, click <strong>\u2018OK\u2019.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>The case should be coloured orange in the theatre slot.
