Planned events (planned procedures\/planned visits)<\/div><\/h2>\n

To add a Planned event<\/strong> (visit<\/strong> or procedure<\/strong>), click on the\u00a0Planned events<\/strong> page in the Navigation Menu<\/strong>:

The\u00a0Planned events<\/strong> page is split into two tabs:\u00a0Planned Procedures & Planned visits:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Planned procedures:<\/p>\n

To add a\u00a0Planned procedure,\u00a0<\/strong>click on\u00a0Add planned procedure:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The procedure planning window will appear, allowing you to input relevant information regarding the procedure:<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

First, select<\/strong> which eye(s)<\/strong> the procedure is regarding, then choose<\/strong> or\u00a0search\u00a0<\/strong>for an\u00a0Indication:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

It will then automatically take you to the\u00a0Add procedure<\/strong> tab, where you can\u00a0choose\u00a0<\/strong>or\u00a0search<\/strong> for\u00a0procedures<\/strong> that correlate to that\u00a0indication:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

To finalise the procedure, enter the relevant and necessary information down below, then click Add<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

This will add the procedure to the patient’s record on mediSIGHT, allowing clinical staff to select it when generating an Operation<\/strong> encounter.<\/p>\n

Planned visits:<\/strong><\/p>\n

To add a\u00a0Planned visit<\/strong>, click on\u00a0Add planned visit:<\/strong><\/p>\n

A pop-up window will appear, allowing you enter information regarding the visit<\/p>\n

Below, you can add instructions and investigations to the visit for the nursing staff to perform:<\/p>\n

Once you are finished, click Add:<\/strong><\/p>\n
