{"id":2047,"date":"2021-09-15T10:36:27","date_gmt":"2021-09-15T10:36:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/test.nuth-itt.co.uk\/?page_id=2047"},"modified":"2026-02-10T08:47:42","modified_gmt":"2026-02-10T08:47:42","slug":"how-to-create-a-document","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/?page_id=2047","title":{"rendered":"How to create a Document"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>With the patient record open, select<strong>\u00a0Document Creation\u00a0<\/strong>from the dark blue menu on the left of the screen<\/li>\r\n<li>Select a\u00a0<strong>Letter Type<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>Create<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>Check that the correct details are displayed from the panel on the right<\/li>\r\n<li>Use the drop down arrow and select your name as the\u00a0<strong>Lead<\/strong>\u00a0or the\u00a0<strong>Signing<\/strong>\u00a0Clinician\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Add additional recipients if required<\/li>\r\n<li>Complete the main body of the letter<\/li>\r\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>Sign and Send\u00a0<\/strong>(or Save as Draft to return to complete it later)<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"infoSection\"><i class=\"fa fa-info-circle\" style=\font-size:3rem\"><\/i>   If you don&#8217;t see Save and Finalise you will not be able to Sign the document.
