SystmOne – Pathology and Radiology – How to match a report with No Recipient<\/h1>\n

To view blood test results or patient x-rays, you need to access the pathology or radiology reports.<\/p>\n

To do this, enter SystmOne and from the homepage, look for the menu at the top labelled “Workflows<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n

From\u00a0“Workflows”<\/strong> select the option “<\/strong>Pathology\/Radiology Inbox”<\/strong>.\u00a0 You can also press ctrl+Y to get to this page.<\/p>\n

If the patient is not assigned or directed to you, then you need to uncheck the\u00a0“Only show reports assigned or directed to me”<\/strong> box above the list of reports.\u00a0 This will allow you to see all of the reports available.<\/p>\n

If the report you’re looking for doesn’t have a recipient assigned, then click on the\u00a0“Reports with no Recipients”\u00a0<\/strong>tab.\u00a0 This will show all reports that don’t currently have a recipient.<\/p>\n

Find the correct report and right click on the report.<\/p>\n
