Introduction<\/div>
\nAn anaesthetic record can become locked to prevent simultaneous editing by multiple users and through improper application exit. The following instructions will show you how to unlock the record.<\/p>\n

Instruction<\/div><\/p>\n

  1. A window appears showing that the record is locked. Please note the Username, Locked Location and Date & Time.

  2. While pressing Shift + Alt + Ctrl<\/strong>, right-click<\/strong> on the empty part of the grey menu bar at the top.

  3. The debug window will display. At the bottom of the window, select the date the record was created<\/strong> and click Unlock<\/strong>.

  4. Select the record<\/strong> you wish to unlock and click Unlock<\/strong>.

  5. Click Select Case<\/strong>, select record<\/strong> and click OK<\/strong> to open the record and resume charting.
