This guide show how to set up clinic lists in Ambulatory Organiser.<\/p>\n

List Tab<\/div>\n

From within Ambulatory Organiser:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. From the List<\/strong> tab, click on the drop down arrow to the right of ‘Patients for:’.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Type\u00a0Surname<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0Clinic Name<\/strong> in the search field to find the resource.<\/li>\n
  3. Tick box next to the Resource\u00a0then click\u00a0Apply.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \n
    1. Your Resource will now be saved and you won\u2019t need to continuously search for the resource in the future.<\/li>\n
    2. If more than one resource is required repeat the steps to search, tick and apply.<\/li>\n
    3. If more than one resource is selected, patients from both lists will be mixed together and the name of the clinic will display under the appointment time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. To switch between lists remove the tick from the selected resource and add the tick to the required one.<\/li>\n
      2. To remove a previously selected resource hover the mouse over it and click the X.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. From within the Day tab, repeat the steps above to select resource(s).<\/li>\n
        2. Each selected resource will be shown as a separate column:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
