Dental Assessment Forms<\/h1>\n

This guide shows how to access, save and sign assessment forms in the Dental Workflow.<\/p>\n

Accessing new forms<\/div>\n
    \n
  1. Locate the relevant section and click the +v button<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \n
    1. Select the form<\/strong> from the dropdown<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \"\"<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. The blank form<\/strong> will open and can be completed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        Saving forms<\/div>\n
          \n
        1. Complete the form and then select save<\/strong> (disk icon) in the top right corner. This will save the completed data and the form will have a status of In Progress<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          1. Once saved the form will display in the Documents<\/strong> section under the In Progress <\/strong>heading.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Modify In Progress forms<\/div>\n
              \n
            1. Locate the form in the Documents<\/strong> section and click it<\/strong>. Please note, do not click on the blue link text.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              1. A panel will pop out from the side.<\/li>\n
              2. Ensure the tick<\/strong> box for Enable continuous scrolling<\/strong> is ticked<\/li>\n
              3. Click the arrow<\/strong> next to the form you need to modify<\/li>\n
              4. Click Modify<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                Signing forms<\/div>\n

                1. Complete the form and then select sign<\/strong> (green tick icon) in the top right corner.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  1. Signed forms will display in the Documents<\/strong> section under the Completed<\/strong> heading.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    1. Once signed, some information from the form will populate the relevant section:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
