Searching for the patient via a different method may result in the wrong encounter being selected.<\/div>\r\n<p>From the List tab in Ambulatory Organiser with a Resource selected:<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:post-content -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list {\"ordered\":true} -->\r\n<ol>\r\n<li>Click on a <strong>Patient name<\/strong> to open the Patient record.<\/li>\r\n<li>The correct <strong>Outpatient encounter<\/strong> is now showing on the Patient record (top right of the screen).<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<div class=\"warnSection\"><i class=\"fas fa-exclamation-circle\" style=\font-size:3rem\"><\/i>  Please note, ordering tests or prescribing on the wrong patient encounter causes significant problems.
