id=\"yui_3_17_2_1_1631540563646_20\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>In the <strong>Assessments\/ Fluid Balance <\/strong>screen, locate the <strong>Line, Tube, Drain or Device <\/strong>you wish to document<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p><span data-teams=\"true\"><div class=\"infoSection\"><i class=\"fa fa-info-circle\" style=\font-size:3rem\"><\/i>  <\/span>You do not need to add a tick at the top of the column when starting an assessment<span data-teams=\"true\"><\/div><\/span><\/p>\r\n<ol id=\"yui_3_17_2_1_1631540563646_20\" class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2&quot;&quot;\">\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>In the <strong>Activity<\/strong> field for the Line, Tube or Device, double-click and select <strong>Assessment<\/strong> or <strong>Ongoing Care <\/strong>(this will vary depending on the type of Line, Tube, Drain or Device being documented):<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"188\" height=\"116\" data-teams=\"true\"><div class=\"infoSection\"><i class=\"fa fa-info-circle\" style=\font-size:3rem\"><\/i>  <\/span>You can either insert a column at a specific time or use the appropriate blank column for the time period you are documenting<span data-teams=\"true\"><\/div><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\r\n<li>The fields that are part of the assessment document the Assessment.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Document the the relevant information about the assessment.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Click the <strong>Sign icon<\/strong> (green
