AutoText &#8211; Manage Autotext"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p>How to create Auto Text to insert a pre-written piece of text into the patient record:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"yui_3_17_2_1_1631534760442_20\">\r\n<li>Navigate to your <strong>Workflow <\/strong>page (found within patient record).<\/li>\r\n<li>Go to a text entry section (e.g. Clinical Summary, Examination Findings, Handover Details&#8230;).<\/li>\r\n<li>Select the <strong>Manage AutoText<\/strong> button immediately above the text box on the far right of the formatting options bar: <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"30\" height=\"26\" class=\"wp-image-3507\" style=\"width: 30px;\" src=\"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/AutoText-Button.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/li>\r\n<li>The <strong>Manage Auto Text<\/strong> window will open. Select the <strong>blue plus button<\/strong> at the top left.<\/li>\r\n<li>Give your <strong>Autotext<\/strong> a name.
