If the chart is not displaying or loading correctly:<\/div>\n
    \n
  1. Refresh the screen.<\/li>\n
  2. (If this doesn’t fix the problem) Return to the standard PowerChart processes.<\/li>\n
  3. AND report the problem via the intranet\n
      \n
    • Go to the intranet<\/li>\n
    • Open popular links<\/li>\n
    • Click “IT Service Portal”<\/li>\n
    • Click “Raise an Issue”<\/li>\n
    • Click “Clinical Applications (Faults)<\/li>\n
    • Click “Critical Care Charts (mPage) Issues and Requests”<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      If the data loaded in the chart is not as expected or incorrect:<\/div>\n
        \n
      1. Refresh the screen.<\/li>\n
      2. (If this doesn’t fix the problem) Return to the standard PowerChart processes.<\/li>\n
      3. AND report the problem via the intranet\n

        • Go to the intranet<\/li>\n
        • Open popular links<\/li>\n
        • Click “IT Service Portal”<\/li>\n
        • Click “Raise an Issue”<\/li>\n
        • Click “Clinical Applications (Faults)<\/li>\n

          If PowerChart is not functioning as normal:<\/div>\n

          1. Please report to IT service desk online or by calling 21000.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
            If there is a patient safety issue related to the Critical Care Charts:<\/div>\n

            1. Please return to standard PowerChart processes.<\/li>\n
            2. AND Please report the problem via the intranet:\n
