{"id":1883,"date":"2021-09-13T11:22:28","date_gmt":"2021-09-13T11:22:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/test.nuth-itt.co.uk\/?page_id=1883"},"modified":"2026-03-16T16:21:22","modified_gmt":"2026-03-16T16:21:22","slug":"note-type-list-filter-overview","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/?page_id=1883","title":{"rendered":"Note Type List Filter Overview"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>When adding a note using <strong>Select Other Note<\/strong> in the workflow or via the <strong>Note Viewing +Add<\/strong> button, the <strong>Note Type<\/strong> field must be completed.<\/p>\n<p>The note type and note title will display as headings in the patient&#8217;s clinical note, allowing the note to be easily identified later.<\/p>\n<p>In the <strong>Note Type List Filter<\/strong> the following options can be selected:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00a0All<\/strong> &#8211; every note type will display in the Type dropdown.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Position<\/strong> &#8211; limited note types will display in the Type dropdown (for most positions this list is not useful).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Personal<\/strong> &#8211; a custom list display in the Type dropdown.
