How to create a note using the pre-set options at the bottom of the light grey menu in the Workflow:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

  1. Complete<\/strong> the appropriate sections<\/strong> on the workflow<\/strong> page as required.<\/li>\r\n
  2. Scroll to the bottom<\/strong> of the light grey menu on the left.<\/li>\r\n
  3. Select an option from the Create Note<\/strong> section (blue links).<\/li>\r\n
  4. Edit your text as necessary.<\/li>\r\n
  5. Select Save and Close <\/strong>if you wish to continue to edit your note later or Sign\/Submit<\/strong> if the note is complete.<\/li>\r\n
  6. If Sign\/Submit<\/strong> has been selected, check the note title, type and date\/time then click Sign.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

    1. Complete steps 1 to 5 above.<\/li>\r\n
    2. From the Sign \/ Submit screen, search for the name of your supervisor in the Clinical Staff Search.<\/li>\r\n
    3. The selected person will be added as a recipient.<\/li>\r\n
    4. Select the Sign radio button.<\/li>\r\n
    5. Click Sign.<\/li>\r\n
