Another user can take control at any time if required.<\/div>\n<div class=\"guideSection\" id=\"\">If the appointment has been rescheduled:<\/div>\n<p>For example, you have spoken to the patient and confirmed a new date.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click <strong>Mark as Done<\/strong> within the request in the Management Portal:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone id=\"\">If the the original appointment is kept:<\/div>\n<p>For example, the patient was not aware the clinic is on a certain day of the week, the next appointment is in 12 months time
