How to unrecord (mark in error) a medication administration in the Drug Chart.<\/p>\n

  1. In the Drug Chart, locate the documented administration<\/strong> you wish to change.<\/li>\n
  2. Right click<\/strong> and select Unrecord.<\/li>\n
  3. Enter the reason<\/strong> for the change in the Comment box and click Sign.<\/li>\n
  4. In error<\/strong> will now be displayed in place of the documented dose.<\/li>\n
  5. The dose administration box will return to the drug chart at the date and time it was scheduled.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
