  1. Open your web browser<\/strong> (Microsoft Edge). <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Go to your SharePoint site<\/strong> and find the document you want to send. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click the three dots (\u2022\u2022\u2022)<\/strong> next to the document name. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Select Copy link<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Open Outlook<\/strong> and start a new email. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. In the body of the email, right-click and choose \u2018Paste\u2019<\/strong>, or press Ctrl + V<\/strong> to paste the link. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Once the link appears in the email, click on it<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. A preview window<\/strong> will open. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. In the top-right corner of the preview, click the three dots (\u2022\u2022\u2022)<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Select Attach as Copy<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. The file will now be attached to your email as a document. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. Add your message and recipient, then click Send<\/strong>. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
