infusion.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>You can document the amount of medications infused via Drug Chart or the Intake and Output band in the Assessments\/ Fluid Balance screen.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Drug Chart<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>Click<\/strong> onto the blue square for the correct IV prescription:<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\r\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"109\" documented.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Enter<\/strong> the volume for the medication that has been dispensed in the<strong>\u00a0Infuse volume<\/strong>\u00a0(mL) field and click the\u00a0<strong>Apply<\/strong> button.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Click<\/strong> Sign (green tick): <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"16\" height=\"17\" class=\"wp-image-1788\" <strong>Drug Chart.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Assessments\/ Fluid Balance<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"warnSection\"><i class=\"fas fa-exclamation-circle\" style=\font-size:3rem\"><\/i>  Please note: to record an infused amount directly from Assessments\/ Fluid Balance the start of the infusion must previously have been documented<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>In the<strong>\u00a0Intake and Output<\/strong> band select the relevant time column (or right click the time in the column header to insert the Time\/Date) .<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Double clicking<\/strong> in the field for the prescription will automatically populate it with an amount infused that corresponds to the
