\/><\/li>\r\n<li>Select the\u00a0<strong>site<\/strong> of the IV from the drop down menu:\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"200\" height=\"23\" class=\"wp-image-1784\" style=\"width: 200px;\" src=\"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Administering-Meds-Site-field-mandatory.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/li>\r\n<li>Optional: click the\u00a0<strong>comment<\/strong> button and complete the free text field with details of the batch number, the device number and then click OK.<\/li>\r\n<li>Check all information is correct and then click the\u00a0<strong>Apply<\/strong> button.<\/li>\r\n<li>The\u00a0<strong>Authorising Signature<\/strong> dialogue box will open.<\/li>\r\n<li>The witness needs to enter their password then click\u00a0<strong>OK.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>The performed date and time will be displayed in the Begin Bag column along with the bag number and the Site of the Infusion.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\r\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"198\" height=\"85\" class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"9\">\r\n<li>Click the\u00a0<strong>Sign<\/strong> button (green tick) in the top left corner of the screen to complete the process:\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"16\" height=\"17\" class=\"wp-image-1788\" style=\"width: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Green-tick-icon-Forms.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/li>\r\n<li>Click the\u00a0<strong>Refresh<\/strong> button in the top right corner of the screen and the IV details will display in the Drug chart.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><div class=\"warnSection\"><i class=\"fas fa-exclamation-circle\" style=\font-size:3rem\"><\/i>  Details about the type of line used to administer the infusion must be recorded on Assessments\/ Fluid Balance in the appropriate Lines
